Booking the Hall

It is extremely important that you read our Terms and Conditions of Hire (also on the ‘Legal~Hire Charges~Policies page‘) as this forms part of your legal contract with us.

The Trull Village Memorial Hall Booking Calendar can be accessed from the link below and viewed in ‘daily, weekly, monthly or list’ views by selecting the required option on the right-hand side of the page.

When you have decided on your room and booking date, use the Trull Village Memorial Hall Booking Calendar link and select the ‘Booking Enquiry’ button. This button is shown immediately above the calendar and using this you will be able to enter your requirements on the bookings form.

The period of time requested for your booking must include time for setting up/packing away and the hall must be vacated by 23:59 at the latest.

If your required date shows ‘+2 more’ (or similar) you can select ‘list’ view’ which will enable you to see all bookings on that day.

If you are booking for multiple bookings, you can use the ‘repeat’ button to create a series of bookings, rather than having to enter individual bookings for each date.

When your booking is accepted, you will receive e-mail confirmation along with any additional information concerning use of the hall.

Invoices will be emailed to the email address provided. However, if you are booking on behalf of a group and invoices should be sent to a different email address, please add this to the other information box.
